The Savage family's orchards, nestled along the banks of Hauani Creek, have long been a treasured source for fresh, tasty pecans.
Whether you prefer to get them in the shell, cracked or fully shelled, you'll enjoy the rich flavor of Hauani Creek Pecans.
Once you taste orchard-fresh pecans, the grocery store kind will never be good enough.
(And in case you were wondering, it's pronounced hya-wah'-nee.)
How do you want your pecans?

In-shell Pecans
These are pecans in their most natural state. Some of us remember sitting around with family and cracking pecans by hand. We'd sample a few and save enough for grandma to make a pecan pie or two. Maybe cracking them and picking out the meat made them taste even better.

Custom Cracked Pecans
If you'd rather not crack those pecans yourself, we've got a machine that will do it for you (crafted by Savage Equipment, of course). These pecans will be cracked and separated from their shells, but all shells are still present in the box. About 55% of the total weight will be nut meat.

Farm Shelled Pecans
Want more pecan meat and less fiddling around? Our farm-shelled pecans are machine cracked with almost all of the shell removed. Just a few residual shells will remain due to the machine-only culling process. The total weight will be at least 97% nut meat.
We often have several varieties of pecans available: Pawnee, Caddo, Kanza and others. Let us know If you have a favorite and we'll try to accommodate you.

During pecan season (Oct.-Jan.), some folks like to come visit with us and pick up their pecans in person. That's great! You should probably call ahead to make sure we have what you're after in stock.
